Jason M Hadden MBE undertakes work on a consultancy basis for SMEs and larger businesses. Jason has a wide breath of the law. He was an in-house counsel for 5 years for BT plc, where he advised on commercial contract disputes and high value litigation, and media related issues. Talent management is an area of expertise, as is the tactics necessary to avoid litigation. Jason has significant experience of advising on case preparation, mediation and internation litigation.

 

He can advise on company matters and ligation matters.

 

Prior to working at BT he was employed as Head of Litigation in private practice.

 

Jason is available to act as a consultant on a yearly basis or on a one-to-one project.

 

Jason having lectured and presented to students, lawyers and other professionals is particularly adept at explaining the law in an easy to digest fashion. He was after all the radio lawyer on LBC.
